Brief Description of ProCash

ProCash© is an interactive, menu-driven economic model for investment analysis and development planning for all kinds of income properties. It can represent a wide range of financing structures, including a variety of commercial financing, housing subsidy, and syndication or joint venture structures.

The system is used for:

- retail (including regional malls and festival marketplaces), 
- office buildings, 
- industrial development, 
- apartment projects (including low income housing tax credit and other subsidy programs), and
