Landev, an Economic Model for Land Development

Project-Wide Development Costs

Project-wide development costs include costs up to the boundaries of smaller development tracts, pods, subdivisions or plots, but not including the "in-tract" development work inside the smaller areas. Many of these costs are incurred at the beginning of development and should be simply specified in terms of dollars of expenditure per period. These costs are entered with as much or as little detail as desired. Provision is made for entering engineering and contingency assumptions as percentages, so these can be omitted from the period by period schedules (see COSTREF basis code -1).
